1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is suspended for investigation, aa99bet will aim to complete the investigation within 14 days and communicate the outcome to you. If the investigation finds no violation, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
